Sinead's husband Sean was in the RAF for 37+ years. The RAF family and service life meant a great deal to them and they cherished many friends and happy memories made during their service. Both Sean & Sinead had a great deal of compassion for those who had fallen on hard times in terms of resources or other challenges during or following service with the RAF. They were supporters of the work of the RAF Benevolent Fund.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
